Ham and Chicken Casserole

This was simple and great tasting. I didn't add ham and increased the noodles to 1.5 cups since my kids love noodles. Decreased cooking time a bit to avoid crunchy noodles. Great!!!

This was the best cake ever!! I used chocolate syrup instead of the coffee liquor and reduced the chocolate chips to 1 cup. I added a drizzle of some melted vanilla frosting and dusted it with powdered sugar. My husband said it was the best Birthday cake ever. I can't wait to experiment with other flavors!

French Onion Soup III

No one would eat it. They just stared at it and made faces. I thought it was bland and kind of boring. I think it was missing something major!

Hamburger Rice Soup

This was great with modifications. I used 6 cups of water & 3 beef bouillon cubes as the base. Also added drained and rinsed kidney beans, 1 can corn, and sea shell pasta. Also used tomato puree'. REAL tasty!

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Dump Cake I

This was a hit! My husband said it looked funny, but tasted great. I placed the cherries first, then the pineapple then the cake mix and finally the margarine. I used a white cake mix and it was great! Will make it again.

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

This recipe was a hit for our neighbor Christmas presents. Everyone loved them. Even though the molasses was incredibly stinky the recipe was marvelous! I didn't change a thing!
