Maryland Crab Cakes II
I made these and they were a total hit! I did use Panko crumbs and omitted the hot sauce. I mixed them up, made them into bite sized crab cakes and put them in fridge. I baked them in the oven on broil for about 5 min each side put some tartar sauce on the side and had a great appetizer for a party I had!

Spaghetti Squash I
I thought that the recipe was interesting (took out olive because I don't like olives), but I didn't LOVE it. I think I am going tweak it a little bit more and see how I like it, but just based on the ingredients here I didn't think it was fantastic.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I did not have buttermilk and just added milk. I also didn't seem to have any white flour, so I used whole wheat. My husband still really liked it. He said it tasted like a bread you would get at a really well done health food store. I am going to get myself some buttermilk and do what other had recommended and add 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white flour. I am sure he would fall over! Yummy either way!
