General Tsao's Chicken

I loved this recipe. I will definately cook again. I woud suggest to cut down on the cornstarch though. I read a review where they said 2 tablespoons was enough. I didn't have white wine vinegar I had white wine and salad vingegar and it came out great. I think you should add brocolli so you could have some kind of veggie. I also made again with shrimp instead of chicken very yummy. I would suggest you saute it instead of fry though. Thanks again

Kung Pao Chicken

My husband and I liked this recipe. I didn't use the peanuts or the bamboo shoots. I also added 3 cloves of garlic and a little more sugar. It was yummy will try again.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

I thought these came out terrible. It seemed like something was missing. Also the only sugar I tasted was the sugar on the outside. I've been up all day cooking and I'm kinda ticked the I wasted my precious time .

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

These were my first homemade chocolate chip cookie I ever made. I must say my husband and I were very pleased. Im waiting to see what our friends will say. There soft and yummy I evem added pecans on top of some.I'll fix again every year.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

These were very yummy. My husband loved them. I thought something was missing though so next time I would add a little salt and chopped red onions. I used italian bread crumbs also. I will definately make this again. Thanks for sharing.

Crispy Baked Chicken

I liked this recipe it definately needs more seasoning though. I also think the drizzle of butter takes away the crispyness. I sprayed it with cooking oil and it was crispy that way at least the top was. Thanks for sharing.

Restaurant Style Lasagna

I enjoyed this recipe even though I don't use the tomato paste. I just use one jar of ragu and one prego. And I add a tbsp of sherry wine in my sauce and at least 4 cloves of garlic with extra layers of cheese it's always a hit.

Almond Lemon Chicken

This recipe was very good. I didn't think it was hard at all. I also did not add almonds because my hubby dosen't like them and I used dijon dressing instead of the mustard. I cut down on the oil and added 4 cloves of garlic.My hubby loved the dish.

Jamaican Beef Patties

At first I was kinda scared with this recipe because I invited some friends over for lunch but they all said they liked it especially my husband. I enjoyed them also. I didn't flavor the flour and I did add more beef broth. They were very tastey I should've added some spices though. Thanks for sharing.

Chicken Parmigiana

My hubby loved this recipe. I added italian seasoning,garlic powder,parmesean,seasoned pepper and used italian bread crumbs. I also put a little garlic salt on the breast. I couldnt find my tenderizer mallet so I just sprayed the oven racks and let it cook. I also put garlic in my spaghetti sauce and of course sugar. It twas yummy. I'll definately make this again.

Slow-Cooked Short Ribs

I want to thank you so much for this recipe. It was fantastic!! The meat was falling off the bone. This is my first time making ribs and I will definately make this again. I didn't have a few items on hand so instead of chilli sauce, I used hot sauce I didn't have chilli powder. I added Sweet baby Rays bbq sauce also. The only thing I can think of that went wrong maybe it was a little greasy. Even my picky 1 year old at everything on her plate. I also cooked mine for only 4 hours I like medium well meat.Thanks! I

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I loved this recipe and so did my husband! At first I tried with chicken breast in the oven it was good. I marinated it for two days. The second time I made the boneless chicken thighs on the grill and it was delicious. Thanks for this recipe I will make it all the time.

Asian Orange Chicken

Today is Christmas and I am about to make this for the third time. This recipes is one the best so far. This time I will mix the flour and cornstarch for the breading, like some others have suggested. I let my meat marinate for 24 hours and I also add broccoli. I will make shrimp fried rice with the dish. Yummmmy thanks for sharing!

Classic Spanish Sangria

This always pleases the crowd when ever I bring it to a shin dig! One time I used a wine that was 20% alcohol and whoa it was nothing to play with. Just make sure you take your time while drinking this it sneaks up on you. Thanks for sharing!
