Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

I'll admit I was a little skeptical, thinking it would turn out a lot like glorified Shake 'N Bake, but this was GREAT! I followed other reviewers advice and boiled the chicken first, but other than than I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect... thanks!

Excellent! Takes a while to shred, but worth it considering I had enough for 3 meals, so all I had to do was pop the leftovers in the microwave. Will definately make again!

Company Casserole

Definately a keeper! I used cream of celery, used mozzarella instead of cheddar, and used Emeril's Bayou Blast instead of the curry (all out of sheer laziness, I didn't feel like going to the grocery store, so I used what I had on hand!) and it turned out great. This is a nice recipe because you can play around with it a little- thanks a lot!

Taco Casserole

I'll definately be making this again... all 3 kids loved it, which is unheard of in our house! I did subsitute a jar of salsa instead of the diced tomatoes and it wasn't dry at all. Thanks for the recipe!

Cordon Bleu Casserole

Great recipe! I used chicken instead of turkey, and I think next time I'll use a bit less than what the recipe calls for, it was a bit thick to our taste. Even better, it heated up nicely for leftover. Will definately be making it again!

Lasagna Alfredo

Really good! I used Tyson Southwest chicken strips (1 pkg.) and garlic alfredo sauce. I think the next time I'll use less spinach and add roasted red bell peppers- all in all, though, we loved it!

Make Ahead French Toast

Good french toast, although we didn't find it as sweet as other reviewers. I used the entire loaf of french bread because there was so much of the egg mixture left over.
