Homemade Pancake Syrup

Awesome recipe! Super simple to make. I made this and my son loved it! I am NEVER buying store bought again...I did not have maple syrup flavoring, so the vanilla worked well. This is a great base for adding other flavors. I added two pats of butter to it before it cooled....I liked the flavor but not the consistency. it was a bit clumpy, which is not going to be good for storing(i can see it now) I am an experimentalist so... 5 stars baby!

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

New family favorite! I use this word sparingly, but these were the "best" pancakes I have ever had! I knew from the batter that they were going to have great consistency. With this recipe there is no need to put the batter in the fridge before using it. I used two jumbo eggs instead of three eggs. I sprinkled brown sugar over the top of the first side for added flavor. There were just enough, that we didn't have leftovers and everyone was full. This recipe is "print worthy".

Chicken Spinach Quiche

THIS IS AWESOME! MANY THANKS! My bf and I made this together from leftover grilled chicken breast and fresh spinach. Only difference was, we added another egg and some bacon. Magnificent! I rarely comment, but this recipe deserves two, as we made it again for dinner tonight!

Eggnog I

This recipe was awesome! My son liked it but I loved it. I added 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, one teaspoon of nutmeg and top capfuls of imitation rum and gave it a good shake. Incredible! It also pays to shake it before serving. I loved it, because I know how to pronounce everything that went into making it. Even if it cost the same as store brand I will never buy it again!

Triple Dipped Fried Chicken

This recipe is awesome! A definite keeper. I used beer and made it exactly as written with no changes and it was excellent. The batter was very flavorful and the chicken was definitely crunchy. I think I will use 1/2 cup more beer to thin it out next time because it was almost too crunchy for me, but my guests loved it. I then decided to try some as others did, (cold) and it was very good, maybe even better. Thanks for this recipe.
