Best ham glaze recipe I've found. A+++! Glaze thickened nicely and full of flavor.

Parmesan Broccoli Balls

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2007
Easy to make and good! I doubled the amount of brocoli and used fresh instead of frozen and added chopped parsley. I used fresh garlic and omitted the garlic salt. Great!

Peanut Butter Balls III

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2007
Excellent! Rave reviews from all tasters and many requests for the recipe. I used three cups sugar instead of four and just drizzled chocolate over them.

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2007
Crowd pleaser! Really tasty. Mine needed more salt, because I used a very mild blue cheese. I added onions, garlic and rolled in bread crumbs, per other suggestions. Excellent!

Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2007
Good comfort food. I added more curry and lemon juice. Next time I will add some sour cream to cut the saltiness of the condensed soup. Husband liked it!

Black Bean Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
Easy and economical to make. It was a bit bland for our tastes, even after adding oregeno and cumin. I will make again, but play around with an enchilada type sauce to add.

Best Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
For the first time, I followed the recipe exactly, and it came out really good. Quick and easy to make, under 30 minutes. I will be making it again! I wonder if reviewers with watery sauce used consomme or beef broth. I used consomme with gelatin added and my sauce was almost too thick!

Diane's Colcannon

Excellent flavor. Texture of cabbage and mashed potatoes takes getting used to, but it's worth it! Thanks for a great recipe.

Baked Zucchini Chips

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2007
The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's not quite as good as fried. For a healthier alternative, these are great. You can really taste the parmesan and they brown nicely.

Asparagus Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2007
I was shocked these came out so poorly after the fab reviews. Maybe my asparagus was too thin. The bread and cream cheese flavor overwhelmed the asparagus. The tips dried out in the oven. Too bad, it sounded great.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

A+++! Less ingredients and prep than my 10 yr. old meatloaf recipe. Hubby gave it five stars and he never does that! Bread on the bottom tip really helpful.

Soy Ginger Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2007
The flavor soaked in nicely to the fish. Tangy ginger and oj really good. Do not, under any circumstances, make a sauce from the used marinade. I followed reviews and tried this, boiling to kill bacteria, etc. It Didn't Work!

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2007
My hubby gave this recipe four stars, but I am erring on the side of my better judgement. Five stars! I served it heaped on a bed of iceburg lettuce with tomatoe wegdes as garnish. I received compliments on presentation from the crowd, and great taste too!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
The sauce was excellent! My only complaint was the chicken came out dry. My fault, I scaled for two, but didn't adjust cooking time. 15 minutes would have been enough. I will try again.

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2007
This one is great just the way it is! I like a lot of heat, so I have also made it with red pepper flakes, chile oil, and tabasco. It makes a good one dish meal with two cubed chicken breasts, one red pepper and one or two zuchini added. Thanks for a real keeper!

Chicken and Pasta Casserole with Mixed Vegetables

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2007
I love this recipe! I was frantically looking for something to cook last night, when I found this one. Of course, I substituted what I had on hand: cream of celery instead of chicken/ mushroom, and 1/2 packet dry leek soup mix instead of all the herbs. I added about 6 oz sharp cheddar cheese. It came out fantastic! Perfect comfort food.
