Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
I just threw my old mashed potatoes recipe away, this one is the best. Easy to make and taste great! I do add in a little more steak sauce then it says just because I like that bold flavor it brings to the potatoes! ENJOY

The best roast I ever made. Usually my roast come out over cooked and rough. Don't buy roast that much due to that fact. With this recipe I am going to be making more roast for dinner now. You can't go wrong...it is an easy tasty recipe! Thank you for sharing!

Octoberfest German Potato Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2004
This was the best potato salad I have ever made. I took another reviewers advice and used red potatos without peeling and added a half a cup of bacos. Then longer it sits the tastier it gets...two thumbs up!

Apple Crumb Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2002
My daughter and I made this for her first grade teacher. The teacher kept teasing the children after they went apple picking about making her an apple pie. She raves about it every time I see her and asked for the recipe. I was so happy to her she loved it because it was the first time I used this recipe, I usually try them out before making something for other people. I have to make one this weekend for my family because she keeps saying it is the best apple pie she has ever had.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2001
I made this for the first time this past St. Patricks Day and I am throwing away the old Corn Beef and Cabbage recipe! This is the most tastiest recipe and easy. I added 4 cups of soup and next time I will be adding more carrots. This recipe moves to the top of my list. I can not tell you how good it is. Great for a cold day or just a nice family gathering! 5 STARS!!!

Chicken and Rice Soup II

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2001
Loved this soup...added some more flavors to it...I cooked onions with the chicken and placed them in the soup, along with thyme, pepper, a little salt and flavored chicken broth..I used four cans instead of three, I also waited till the last half an hour to put the rice in the pot. It came out delicious, everyone enjoyed it...along with garlic bread. It is lite but yet hits the spot on a cold New England day. Thank you for the easy yet great recipe!

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese I

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2001
Two hours into cooking I HAD to stir and about an hour and a half before it was ready I poured one more cup of milk in. It was super easy for my five year old to make but overall the kids did not enjoy. So for me it was a big waste, half of it had to get thrown out.

Easiest Pot Roast Ever

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2001
I found that I needed to cook it longer than 4 to 5 hours on high. I don't know if it is just my crockpot or it should be cooked around 6-7 hours on high.
