Stuffed French Toast II

So easy to make and really delicious! I didn't have the exact ingredients so I used whole wheat bread, an egg, vanilla extract, almond milk, regular cream cheese, and seedless strawberry jam for one serving. YUM!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Garlic Red Potatoes

I followed another reviewer's recommendation of microwaving the potatoes and mixture for 20 minutes instead of baking, and then I finished off in the broiler. YUM!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I baked the crust for 5 minutes like another reviewer suggested, and then I brushed oil on the outer crust and added toppings and baked until the cheese was golden. It was pretty good!

The recipe definitely needs more water or the rice will end up crunchy. It was missing some zest... maybe a squeeze of lime would have helped?

Simple White Cake

It wasn't very sweet like cake should be, but I added butter cream frosting to balance it out. Oh, I had leftover batter and made it into cupcakes - bad idea. It's better as an actual cake.

I used pre-cooked frozen chicken breast strips, a clove of garlic, slightly salted Lurpak butter, and vegetable bouillon, which turned out fabulous!
