Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
Personally, I think this recipe is absolutely awesome. I've made it numerous times with virtually no other changes than a splash of milk if I'm in the mood. Yes, a very thick BC dressing...... as it should be. IMO Bleu Cheese Dressing SHOULD be thick, not the thin runny dressing you see in many restaurants. I love the flavor the seasonings give it, Worcestershire sauce and all!

Best Bread Machine Bread
I've had my bread machine for over a year, using only the recipes that came with the machine. Decided to give this one a try. ABSOLUTELY the BEST loaves out of my bread machine. I have made numerous times..using a couple alterations after reading other reviews.....more sugar 3 T (have also used honey) and a bit more salt (1 1/2 t) and I use 2 C bread flour, 1 C whole wheat. I use the basic setting on the bread machine, light crust setting This is my Go To recipe for every day bread...I make one or two loaves a week for my hubby & I. You won't be disappointed.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
This recipe is outstanding! Reading other reviews I did reduce the wine by half & replaced the half with beef stock. The gravy was PERFECT. I didn't have burgundy on hand, so just used a cab. Added mushrooms and served with mashed potatoes...OMG, hubby said this is a keeper!
