Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

I made this last night and am eating the leftovers for lunch at work currently. I loved it, my husband loved it, and our friend we had over loved it. Very easy to make which makes it all that much better as well.

Quinoa Side Dish

I used chicken brother because I had it on hand and no thyme because I had none. I cooked the garlic and onion with the quinoa and added the parsley and lemon at the end. Turned out great!

Quick and Easy Chicken

This is ridiculously easy to make and I had everything on hand (the reason I made it). I did triple the sauce as per other reviewers. I served it over rice and my husband loved it as well.

Slow Cooker Ham

This was the first time I have EVER made a ham. It was so good that I had a hard time not eating it while I was cutting it up. Actually I barely had to cut it because it was just falling apart. The husband loved it and we both can't wait to have leftovers in our lunch tomorrow!

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

What I liked best about this recipe is I had everything on hand, it was easy to make, and it was delicious as is. My husband (who NEVER eats leftovers) ate all of his leftovers and said it was still delicious.

Sarah's Rice Pilaf

Delicious! To have the rice cooked all the way I added slightly more than 2C of broth and I cooked it for 24 minutes. Make sure the rice comes to a rolling boil before you cover it and turn down the heat. Wonderful recipe, won't use the box again :)

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Delicious, I am licking my fingers as I type. I used half the butter and because I didn't have enough Dijon mustard, I used what I could of Dijon and Honey and for the rest I added sweet honey Dijon mustard. Amazing! Husband loved it too, so you know I will make it again.

Easy OREO Truffles

I formed the balls and put them in the fridge to cool for about 45 minutes. Then I used a fork and slotted spoon for applying the chocolate. I believe the word my husband used after eating one was "delectable". I will definitely make these again!

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

I have made these a few times now with potatoes from my garden. Each time I've gotten rave reviews and there are never any leftovers. Yum! Yum! I should also mention that I cooked the potatoes for 40 minutes instead of 25, they just didn't seem quite ready at 25. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly.

Jazzed-Up Gravy

This was a good basic start. I used this for thanksgiving with a mushroom gravy as I am vegetarian and was looking for more than the regular canned stuff. For Christmas I decided to add a few more items to it such as sage and some ginger, that really added to the flavor of it.

Ranch Bean Dip

I read a lot of reviews, and I have to say, this DID NOT look unappetizing. Maybe I'm just a little weird. I made a double batch because I had a lot of people over and everyone raved about how good it was and I personally loved it and will be making it many times over!
