Sweet Potato Cheesecake

Delicious! I would absolutely make again. There's only one thing I would like to have clarified; mash the sweet potatos instead of of puree them. Puree involves adding a liquid to the sweet potato which could change the consistancy of the recipe. It's not too sweet and not too "sweet potato-y". Perfect.

Cajun Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

It was good but not great. I would make it again since it wasn't too expensive but it's not something I would make regularly. Maybe next time I will make this in the crockpot.

Black Bean Vegetable Soup

Very yummy. You really can't go wrong with soup. I sprinkled a little cheese on top and ate with a slice of sprouted wheat bread and it was delicious. Will make again.
