Sweet Potato Cheesecake
Delicious! I would absolutely make again. There's only one thing I would like to have clarified; mash the sweet potatos instead of of puree them. Puree involves adding a liquid to the sweet potato which could change the consistancy of the recipe. It's not too sweet and not too "sweet potato-y". Perfect.
