Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Huge hit! I took them to a meeting and everyone loved them. A new twist to a favorite cookie. I made them exactly as the recipe indicated.

I have made these twice and taken them to potlucks. They are a hit. Mine come out fudgey and thick. I didn't change the recipe at all. Excellent scratch recipe.

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

This was very good. I gave it 4 stars because I added seasoning to it. Garlic salt, pepper and onion salt. The consistency was perfect. I also just used chicken broth and no water. Sprinkled cheese on top. Will definitely make again.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This was AMAZING. I don't normally like chocolate cake because they tend to be dry. This was super moist. I did reduce the oil to 3/4 cup as suggested by other reviewers as well as used the mini chocolate chips. It was so yummy that I made three of them for "thank you" gifts for girlfriends and each one of them asked for the recipe. Super easy too. You won't be disappointed. And I did not use an icing. It was fabulous with out it.

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

This is my first review! I felt compelled to let folks know that this recipe is DELICIOUS. Very moist cupcake. Icing is amazing. I did double the white chocolate (the bar melted in my car) due to a previous review that they could not taste the white chocolate. I did make my icing the night before and stored in the fridge. When I piped it on the cupcakes it was a perfect consistency. Everyone at the party raved about them. And I am not a carrot cake fan. But will be making and eatting these again.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

This was fantastic! After reading many reviews and hints I ended up using Baking Powder instead of the Cream of Tartar. They turned out soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I also cooked them for 8 minutes. I took this cookie to a "cookie swap" and it was a hit.
