This is excellent!! I added a bunch of spices to the meat as it cooked. (more garlic, italian herbs, onion powder, red pepper flakes) and used other reviewers advice of mixing the pasta right in the sauce/meat mixture rather than layering. I used penne pasta because I wasn't paying attention in the store, lol and it turned out great.
I made this a day ahead and kept it covered in the fridge until the next evening. The only thing I will do next time is make more of the cheese/sour cream mixture to make that layer bigger. I used fat free Ricotta and fat free sour cream and you'd never know it :)
