Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

OMG is this ever yummy! I made three changes: 4t cornstarch that was recomended, 8 T butter that was recomended, and I made an extra half batch of topping...Also, I put it in a little bigger dish... It does need to be baked the full 30 minutes or longer my dough was a little underdone, but so good!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Def do not overbake! I did the first pan too long, waiting for the middle to 'look' done....big mistake, although still good, they were hard, and not chewy....Let them sit in fridge for at least 45 min, i left the rest of mine in overnight, then cooked them 15 min and took out, let them sit for two minutes on pan, then removed.....These are to die for cookies! Never making another choco chip version ever again....

This was an easy recipe....I hate rolling things out, so instead I used the whole cup of milk (I also used butter instead of shortening), set the dough in the fridge to 'thicken' up and then kinda formed them with my hands......baked on the top shelf, then brushed with butter when finished. Although these were very light and fluffy, they were kinda bland tasting....I will have to fix that somehow next time I make them.

Candy Cane Cookies I

The Flavor is OK and the cosistency of the dough isnt thick enough to roll, it breaks very easily. I divieded the dough and did one half red like it said, then i put the red dough back into the white dough and stirred a little bit, so it was swirled. then i rolled them into balls and topped them with ANDES PEPPERMINT BAKING CHIPS. then baked them for 9 minutes! they are good although the flavor is still less than i would like!
