My tomatoes must have been too dry as this came out dry, undercooked and the flavors didn't meld at all. I did, however pop the leftovers in a skillet the next day with some chicken broth and simmer for 1/2 hour and it was excellent!

Tomato Pie I

pretty good - cooked crust for 10 minutes and mixed sour cream and mayo with cheese for topping. Wasn't runny at all (I did smoosh the tomatoes in a collander with salt for 1/2 hour or so to drain).

Easy Deviled Chicken

Very fast and easy and we all loved it. Great for frozen chicken breasts. I just thawed them for a few minutes in the microwave and they were great!

Chicken Pesto Paninis

very good. Cooked the chicken in garlic and balsamic vinegar. It might be a tad less messy to use sliced jack cheese and whole chicken breasts, but this recipe got rave reviews from my family, including two teenaged boys

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

very good. I cooked two smaller brisket tips, poured the enclosed pouch over them, used celery salt as I didn't have celery and baked at 250 for 6 hours. The cabbage was wonderful. Got raves on this and will make again.

Easy Spicy Chicken and Rice

Very nice. My kids liked it even. I added another can of tomatoes and soup and put another cup of rice in. I also added about a cup of water. Melted cheese on it and it was great.
