Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
My husband and I fell in LOVE with this recipe! Oh so good! I added a little garlic cloves instead of the salt and a table spoon of Lowery's seasoning salt as well. EXCELLENT! Don't forget the pieces of butter around the chicken. It adds a great flavor!

Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
I feel bad giving this recipe only one star, but it was VERY bland. Even after I doubled the spices like other reviewer's suggested. My potatoes didn't cook in the 30 minute time also. Too much rosemary for me, smelled like a car air freshner in the oven. Maybe if you added some cheese and olive oil instead of veg oil, it would taste better.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
Very good and easy to make. Just a tad messy just to warn you. Use a food processor to chop up the cookies into fine pieces, and with a hand held mixer, use this to blend the cream cheese & cookie crumbs. I put the whole mixture into the fridge for an hour at least (overnight if you can, works the best). I use a small cookie scoop to make the balls, and dip with a fork (put ball at the edge of fork) and use a spoon to pour chocolate over it. I also dye the white chocolate red and green during Christmas time. These are a hit and everyone enjoyed them!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
Very good and easy to make! Limitless possibilities with the cake/icing combo. The mix that my co-workers liked the best was: lemon cake, cream cheese frosting, vanilla almond bark with a touch of lemon flavoring mixed with the bark. TIPS: freeze the cake/icing mixture for a couple of hours or over night before making into balls. I also only used 3/4 can of icing. Mix with hand mixer.
