To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Perfect! Used Chef Joy's crumb topping. Thought the batter was too thick but it rose up and muffins were light, REALLY fluffy, and delicious. Used thawed blueberrys from last spring with no problem. ENJOY!

Armenian Rice Pilaf

Only one suggestion: after 20 minutes of simmering remove pan from heat and let "rest" (covered) for another 20 minutes. Simply recipe and always comes out perfect. No need to mess with it or doll it up, as my mother would say.

Shortbread Cookies II

These were absolutely perfect. I used a cookie gun. I was worried about the reviews that mentioned the dough was crumbly. It was, at first, but just get your hands in there and squeeze! Happy Holidays All!
