I gave this 5 stars because of it's ease of prep. I doubled the recipe, added a TON more pumpkin pie spice. It was a bit on the sweet side for me, but I can fix that next time by making it spicier. I used an extra large graham cracker crust for one and made the other, which only filled about half a pie pan, crustless. Basically, made one pumpkin custard to eat while the pie was saved for Thanksgiving LOL. I tried to make pumpkin pie YEARS ago and failed miserably. I tried this and will be making this from now on. Thanks for posting this recipe!
