Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2007
Left this recipe out for my husband to get the meat and veggies ready so I could make it when I got home from work. He went ahead and made it himself..delicious!!! He used breast meat from a deli chicken, but followed the recipe other than that. He was sorry that he didn't make two! We also use store bought crusts.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2006
I made this for Thanksgiving by using 1/2 cauliflower and 1/2 broccoli and using the food processor instead of chopping. The one problem was way too much pepper. I doubled the recipe and only used 3 tsp.pepper and was still too much for most.(I love pepper!!!) I would suggest about 1/2 tsp. of pepper to start with, then adjust to taste. My husband and I found that it was really good on sandwiches, used like cole slaw. This is a delicious salad! In fact, my daughter-in-law has asked me to make it for her baby shower(she loves pepper, too)
