This is an awesome marinade. I've used it 3 or 4 times now and we love it! I do let it marinate in a Ziplock bag over night.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
We made this last night for the Superbowl. It was a big hit. The only thing I did differently was to sautee my own chicken to add. Great flavor, especially with the "Chicken in a Biscuit" crackers. We be making again soon.

Busy Day Chicken

I put this in the crockpot one Sunday before church, we had it that night for dinner. It was very bland. Hardly any BBQ flavor.

Crescent Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
This was good. I didnt have any zucchini on hand, so I threw in a cup of corn instead. My kids loved the crescent roll topping. They asked for it next week too.

Chicken Stuff

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
We loved this recipe. The only thing I did different was put some cheddar cheese on top of the soup mixture and then poured the cornbread (Jiffy Mix) on top and baked it.

Layered Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the ease of preperation. This was not appetizing at all. After 2 hours in the oven, the ground beef was almost black and crunchy. The veggies were still hard. I had to throw the whole casserole away.

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2008
We made this tonight, it was really yummy. I used half a cup of ketchup and half a cup of BBQ sauce. I also dredged the chops in flour before cooking, that helped to thicken the sauce. I will make this again!

Iowa Pork Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
We tried this recipe tonight. I followed the ingredients, but put it in the slow cooker on low all day. It was very tender. My husband loved it, I thought it was a little too mushroomy. The gravy was really good over our homemade mashed potatos. Will try again maybe next time not using as many mushrooms.

Taco Soup VIII

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
This was a really good recipe. We had it last night for dinner and everyone loved it, even my pickiest child. It was a little thick, more like chili than soup. So maybe next time I will add more tomato sauce or some chicken broth. Served with chips and lots of cheese!

I made this tonight for dinner. It was easy enough, but turned out kind of dry. Next time I will add more sauce and maybe some mushrooms.

Easy Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
We tried this recipe tonight. It was really good. I did add a cup of milk and cheddar cheese to melt on top. I used the crackers with melted butter, but I also think French Fried onions would be a good topping also. Really easy and not too expensive!
