White Chili I

I added some fresh cilantro, and used two cans of great northern beans (undrained and unrinsed) instead of one can of cannellini. I thought it was spicy (my 1/8 tsp of cayenne was heaping) and delicious!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Jeanie's Falafel

Amazing Falafel. I added an egg, as other suggested, along with a bit of the liquid from the beans. I made them into patties, rather than balls. I pan-fried half of the batch in just a bit of oil and baked half of the batch. The fried definitely had a better texture, but both tasted delicious.

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken

I thought this was great. I kicked up the sauce just a bit by adding a dash of cayenne and garlic salt, as another reviewer suggested. It was quick, easy and great!

Mary's Sugar Cookies

This is the recipe our family has been using for 40 years. It's not Christmas until we have at least one batch of trees, bells and stars. They're not overly sweet, but perfect once they're iced and decorated with sprinkles!

Greek Pasta Salad I

Used 1 1/2 tablespoons each of fresh chopped basil and oregano instead of 1 1/2 tsp dried. Also, I used rotisserie chicken in place of the pepperoni and a few kalamata olives rather than a can of whole black olives. All-in-all, a solid pasta salad recipe.
