I really like the concept, but I've seen similar recipes with a cream cheese type filling and I think that would taste better than the mayo. I also wasn't sure if the dijon mustard and green pepper fit. They both sort of tasted misplaced. There was WAY, WAY, WAY too much filling for a can of crescent rolls. I don't like to waste, but even though I had another can of crescent rolls, I threw out the rest of the filling because I knew I didn't want to eat this again. A good idea that tasted really wrong. Sorry.
