Pumpkin Gingerbread

Great flavor. My only issue is the batter divided in half made way too big of loaves. Next time I will either make 3 maybe even 4 loaves. 2 loaves cooked way too unevenly!

This is my new favorite recipe! All 5 of my kids scarfed it down in no time flat. The only thing I will do next time is make a double batch because for our family of 7, 1 is just not enough!

This was ok. Nothing spectacular. My kids thought it was ok but aren't asking for me to make it again. It definitely needed more spices to add more flavor. I might make it again but add more ingredients!

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

This was a very tasty dish! I did alter it just a tad. I only used 1/4 cup of soy sauce and instead of adding water I used beef broth! I cooked on low for 10 hours with carrots, potatoes, and celery. The last 1/2 hour I thickened the liquid with cornstarch!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

The whole family really liked this recipe! It was very simple and it made the house smell amazing! I cooked a 2 lb roast (instead of a 3 lb) at 325 degrees for 45 minutes and it was done to perfection! Will definately make again!

Creamy Chicken Rice Soup

Oh I really liked this recipe! The only changes I made ... I boiled my chicken for 1 1/2 hours and used the homemade broth and I added pre-cooked rice as opposed to cooking the rice in the soup! Other than those two things I kept everything the same!

Italian Bread Bowls

This is a great basic bread bowl recipe. I suggest if you want flavor do as others have suggested and add spices and herbs. I made mine with a special italian seasoning salt spice that I had on hand! The smells were beyond amazing! I will definately be referencing this recipe again in the near future!

Pasta with Peas and Sausage

This was very tasty even though the sauce was a little thin, I expected the sauce to be a tad thin so I used rigatoni pasta. The pasta made the combonation a success! I will definately make it again but may try adding a few different spices to add just a bit more flavor!

Coconut Cream Pie

This was very good however I personally didn't like the big flakes of coconuts throughout the whole pie. Next time I think I will try to food process them before adding to the pie mix. I definately will make this recipe again!!

Zucchini Alfredo

I was so excited to make this meal when I read the reviews for this recipe... however I was very sad with the results of this dish... first the cream cheese milk combo makes way too thick of a mixture to be an alfredo sauce, second the recipe is way too BLAND. I even added a few extra spices to the final dish and it was still a little bland. I would normally say this is a good starting dish but considering the sauce and spice tastes are off you would basically have to change the whole recipe. I will NOT be making this again. I gave this 2 stars because despite the consistency and taste it was still edible!
