Very good. I didn't make the filling, I used cream cheese filling instead. Everyone loved it. I didn't find it difficult to make.

Fruit 'n' Spinach Salad

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

This was good. A nice change of pace from the typical hershey's chocolate syrup. I doubled the recipe and used one jar of smucker's hot fudge topping. I used it to decorate with and it was easy to work with.

This was really good. I used the whole cup of whipping cream and used 1/2 butter flavor crisco and 1/2 butter. It was awesome to decorate with.

Fluffy French Toast

This was good. The only problem I had is that the flour sunk to the bottom. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't mix it well enough or not. But the taste was good. I added a little maple extract to it and used the french bread recipe from this site.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

These muffins were great. I quartered the recipe and used 1 container of greek yogurt in place of the sour cream because I had to use it up. Very good!

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

Tasted ok, but far too dry to roll. I could have worked with it however I never would have gotten out of it the # of cookies I required, so I rolled them into balls. I'll stick with my regular cookie recipe.

Angel Chicken Pasta

This was just ok. Not sure that I really enjoyed the golden mushroom soup this way. I've had it in other recipes and liked it, but this one just didn't really do it for me. We ate it, but I'm not sure I'd make again. Chicken was very moist though.

Very good. I had some Land o Lakes Cinnamon Butter and I used that. It was a little too spicy so I might cut down a bit next time. I also halved the sugar.

Arrabbiata Sauce

We loved this. I used beef broth instead of the red wine and used one can red pepper tomatoes and once can of spicy red pepper tomatoes. I also added some green and red pepper and instead of tomato paste added some canned spaghetti meat flavored sauce. I browned garlic and veggies in oil and then cooked in the crockpot. Great!

Mango Blueberry Muffins With Coconut Streusel

These were a good soft muffin. I thought the blueberries overpowered them a bit. I hoped that there would be more mango taste. I used milk instead of buttermilk. Overall - good.
