Holy I love this recipe. I tried it for the first time last Christmas for our family and they loved it! Now I make it almost every Sunday night so I can take a slice to work with me all week. Cooking times are a bit longer than suggested and that is even with my oven that seems to cook faster than most I have used. I'd say an extra 7-10 minutes both times you put it in the oven. I have had fun experimenting with different fillings as well. My favorite is to use the recipe as is and add mushrooms and green bell pepper. For an extra kick, I have even added about 1/4 cup of jalapeno jack cheese on top of the cheddar. Yum!
