Rich and Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

I thought it was a little on the dry side. Also, had trouble getting it out of the cake pan. Maybe I didn't grease it enough. My guest who is gluten intolerant thought it was wonderful and asked for the recipe.

London Broil

EXCELLENT! I made this recipe EXACTLY as it said, and it was the best London Broil we have ever had. I marinaded it a little less then three hours, as I didn't have the time. I cooked it on a hot gas grill five minutes per side. It was a perfect medium rare and melted in my mouth. I couldn't believe it was London Broil.

Panzanella Salad

Boneless Buffalo Wings

These were excellent. Wouldn't change a thing. It took some time to fry them, but worth every minute. I made them for our bridge group and they devoured every one.

Classic Chili

Excellent. I browned the ground beef and vegies on the grill in a wok. Put all the ingredients in a crock pot and cooked for 8 hours. Yummy! I like a lot of beans in my chili so will add another can the next time I make it.

Chocolate Chow Mein Clusters

Excellent and easy to make. I made these for Christmas gifts for neighbors and friends. They were begging for the recipe. I also doubled the recipe, but next time will make two batches. It was extremely difficult to mix the chocolate and chow mein noodles together before the chips started to solidify.

This was excellent and different. I couldn't imagine the pepperoncini and bacon with the turkey, but they gave it a nice kick. Will definitely make again.

Pretzel Turtles

These were excellent and easy to make. Four minutes at 300 degrees is way too long. I baked mine for 2.5 minutes at 280 degrees and they came out perfect. Made great Christmas gifts for neighbors and friends.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Excellent - the best cheesecake I've ever made. Directions on other recipes I've made say to bake the graham cracker crust. This was so much better and easier. The sauce is outstanding. When I have a lot of guests, this will be my first choice of desserts. I did the water bath as recommended, but it still cracked in places where I used a knife to swirl the sauce. I just put more sauce over the top and no one knew the difference.

Mexican Rice III

Very good. I served it with refried beans and shredded beef tacos. It was excellent with the fresh tomatoes and bell pepper. Much better than Spanish Rice. I don't like cilantro so used parsley.

Beef Mushroom Stroganoff

Garlic Prime Rib

I wanted to try something new so made this recipe. Didn't much care for the garlic flavor. Personally, I prefer cooking a prime rib on the rotisserie with a little season salt and pepper.
