Strawberry Spinach Salad I

A favorite in our house. I only used 1/4 cup of sugar and substituted balsamic for white vinegar. In the last 3 months I have made this about 5 times at my husband's request, and he is a picky eater.

Garlic Broccoli

A little salty but with lots of garlic - I love it! I used both balsamic and red wine vinegars and regular mustard (too bad I didn't have any dijon) I also lightly steamed the broccoli as suggested by other reviewers. I added more broccoli half way through as I could tell this was going to be yummy after I tasted the marinade! My whole family loved this!

Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff, Aussie Style

This was wonderful...if you want to try stroganoff with a twist - try this! The curry creates a great flavor, without the heat. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup to make a little more sauce, and then used 3/4 cup of cream and 3/4 cup of sour cream. Also, I used potatoes instead of noodles. My kids were licking out their bowls!!!

Oregon Salmon Patties

My husband loves these! He is picky about his "fish" too! My secret is to add a little shrimp cocktail sauce to the mix. Like a lot of other reviewers I also added seasoning salt. Tasty treat for my family!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Sausage Cabbage Bake

I would agree with the other reviewers -use the tomato sauce and the extra can of diced tomatoes. I misread the recipe and used raw rice instead of cooked, and while the rice was a little undercooked, it wasn't bad. I think that it would have been fine if I had used 1 cup of raw rice and if there had been more liquid in the dish, perhaps if you covered the dish it would have been fine. I would try it again with these changes, but this recipe definately does have potential
