Oh my goodness, delicious! I have given this recipe to every celiac i know. I made it a few days ago for my boyfriend's birthday in a miniature springform (1/2 recipe), used 8 oz unsweetened chocolate and stick margarine instead of butter. It came out perfectly after 35 minutes. We each at a small piece and sliced and froze the rest. This cake thaws beautifully and even tastes great as a snack straight from the freezer. Like others, I recommend a raspberry coulis. I served it with fresh strawberries but it needs something a little bit saucy.
