Zucchini Pineapple Bread I

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
We Loved this! As othes did, I added, nuts, and then added some shredded coconut to the bread mixture. Another time I added some mini choc chips to the mixtures. What a great base to add what you have on hand. I am so HAPPY that I have zucchini that needs attention! Thank you for sharing!

Best Beet Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2007
Sorry.. Didn't like this. I agree with the previous writer, the Mayo and Beets... not a good thing. Beets need a strong dressing .. sweet and sour, sweet only ? Not sure. Roasted Beets are the best that one can do.... pull them, wash them, and roast in the oven, peel off the skins, offer salt peeper and butter............ and oh wow yummy... Go back to the simple stuff...................

Marinated Cherry Tomato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2007
YUMMY! Thank you for sharing this! I love tomatoes, and this certainly is a "Keeper" for receipes! They should host your receipe for the community! Again, thank you for sharing! Eat well, and be safe. North

Chicken Gumbo Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2007
Gosh, we tried this, and I tried to "Doctor" it up more then twice, and it just failed to our family as a Chicken Gumbo... The canned soup is most pleasing then this recipe. Sorry, I agree it was watery... and lack flavor. Okay it might because from North of the Dixy Line, and we have a different taste in Chicken Cumbo... not sure, but I want a soup that is full of flavor, and thick... that is gumbo to me.. Be well, and keep cooking!

Simple Shrimp Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2007
Gosh didn't like this at all.. lacked so much flavor, and didn't like the "soft" texture it had. I agree it needed celery, and onion for "crunch". The Mayo did nothing for the taste... Again just a very poor receipe.. Sorry.. Best cooking to you.......

Gazpacho

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2007
I have used this recipe for several years. I offer crusty warm bread with it, and it is a hit! If you cut the receipe down, you can make this in a cocktail shaker, and serve it in a Martini Glass with a slice of lime.. makes a great brunch soup! And everyone is so impressed with how you served it!

Antipasto Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2007
This was GOOD, but, I don't mess around with making dressing. I use a bottle dressing that I love on salads, and then incorporate it into this salad. I agree that it is not a true Antipasto salad, but, we all cook differently! I also add cukes, red/green/yellow or organge peppers, shaved carrots, red onions, no cheese!!!, a little black olives, everyone can make a antipasto salad, just clean out the refr with whatever veggies you have and a bottle of good dressing.

Chili Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2007
Gosh, I am on another page with this one, I felt I wasted so much making it. I wanted to use the whole can of tomato paste, not just the 1/4 cup. I found the whole dish not worth my 1/4 of my panty.
