Momma Moots' Pork and Pierogies Casserole

I made this recipe basically as is, except I used left over pork roast. This is comfort food for sure! We both had extra servings and were groaning on the couch. Very easy to prepare, and adaptable.

Baked Delicata Squash with Lime Butter

Wow! Great flavor combination, you sure don't need anything else - the taste of the squash is sweet enough. I did use a crock pot as someone mentioned, and toasted the seeds. Wonderful use of all parts of the squash! Thank you for the recipe.

Tomato Basil Salad

This recipe is great for using excess tomatoes (I never thought I'd say that in Alaska!). It's a throwback to my childhood, my family made this with oregano so I added that. The only other change is that I used Stevia instead of sugar to make it lower carb. Wonderful!

Very good, and very easy! The sour cream is an interesting twist. I followed the recipe exactly, and while we have leftovers, we won't mind enjoying it a few more times this week! This would be a great potluck dish.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Squares

Very sweet. I wonder if there's a way to cut the sugar a little bit. Other than that, it was an easy recipe, and I liked the addition of the peanuts on top. It gave the recipe a little more interest.

Like other reviewers, the quantity seemed large but it ends up you keep going back to it!! All these flavors are excellent together. I did add toasted pine nuts as well. This will be a favorite of ours!

Addicted. Really, I can't leave it alone after I've made it, and I've taken it to potlucks and it seems to have the same affect on others. I have subsequently tweaked a couple things (substitutions if I was out of something), but the original is the best. Thanks!

Shrimp Creole IV

Hooyah!! I was surprised how good this was. I pretty much followed the recipe to the letter, although I may have been a little heavy handed when the hot sauce bottle was tipped up, plus I added more shrimp. Very rich tasting, in part I'm sure because of the stock. Thank you!
