Best Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Corn Soup

I added Tarragon & Dill, cut salt back to 1 tsp. I also cooked the 2 chickens, were still frozen, whole. Very little fat in stock. I used a baby spoon to spoon in the dough balls, they turned out more like a dupling. Perfect Fall day meal!
