Easy Mexican Casserole

Oatmeal Waffles

Fixed these for breakfast this morning and they are AWESOME. I added 1 tsp of vanilla . . . that's the only change I made to the recipe. This will be added to my KEEP recipes. Thanks for sharing.

Peach Muffins

This RECIPE is wonderful!!! I made it exactly as written. The only change I would make is to DOUBLE the recipe because these will be gone in a flash, they are THAT good. Thanks for sharing!!

I mixed this up following the recipe exactly. . . put them in the pan and thought "These are not going to be good, soooo dry." BOY WAS I WRONG!! Took them to a cook out and everyone loved them. . . including me!! I will use this a lot because I too get tired of making Zucchini Bread. Thanks for sharing!!

Bread Pudding II

Made this recipe w/o any changes. I used a Sweet Italian Bread, doubled the recipe for a 9x13 pan and it was GREAT!!! So easy to prepare. I also cut the bread the night before and let it set until I made the recipe late the next morning. THANKS FOR SHARING!!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

I have never made my own pizza sauce but I will be from now on. It was a little on the spicy side for me but my husband loved it. I may omit the caynne pepper next time.

Simple Sloppy Joes

This is a wonderful recipe! I got into making this and realized I did not have any tomato paste so I added about 1/2 of a can of Hunt's Fire Roased Diced Tomatoes with Garlic. It was great!! My husband loved it too. I have always used a packaged Sloppy Joe Mix - - but never again! Thanks for sharing!!

Brandy Alexander Pie

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

I made this cheesecake for my friends in my card club and they loved it!! This recipe is very easy and so very good. I did not change a thing. The pumpkin and spice flavor was just right. Not too strong. And the crust just may become the crust I use for all my cheesecakes. Thanks for sharing!

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

These are to die for!! I followed the recipe exact and they were great. My husband and co-workers loved them. The dough is tough to mix with a spoon - but that's why God gave us hands!! Enjoy!

Caramel Frosting I

This icing is awesome and so easy to make. I put it on a chocolate cake and it was great. I will next try it on a prune cake recipe. My Grandmother always made me a prune cake with caramel icing for my birthday. This tastes very much like what she made. Thanks for the memories!!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

When you have a combination of Chocolate, Peanut Butter AND Oatmeal you can hardly go wrong. Add to that the fact you do not have to cook it and it puts up there with one of the PERFECT recipes. This is an absolutely wonderful recipe. I did not & would not change a thing!!

Spaghetti Carbonara II

This is excellent!! My husband was a die-hard red sauce fan. Now, when I make this I have to make lots so there is plenty of leftovers!! I made it the first time using parmesean cheese in a jar and the second time using fresh grated parmesean. We preferred the jar kind - it had more flavor!!
