Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

I did not use the poppy seed when I made this instead I used rasins and cinnamon. I added 1/8 cup extra water and followed the recipe for the rest of the ingredients. They turned out great and were not hard to shape.

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

GREAT RECIPE. I USED CENTER CUT BONELESS CHOPS AND THEY WERE FALLING APART TENDER. THE ONLY CHANGE I MADE WAS TO USE 2 BULLION CUMBES INSTEAD OF THREE. GREAT RECIPE

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Best Oatmeal Raisin cookies I have ever eaten. The only thing I did diffrent was soaking the raisens in hot water while I was mixing the other ingredients, just to plump them up. Other than that I followed the recipe. The cooking time listed was perfect for my oven. Great Cookie!!!!!! Thanks for sharing Lynne64.

Grilled Glazed Salmon

Great recipe. I did not have splenda so I skipped that. I put the salmon on the grill meat side down I cooked it for about seven minutes, filipped then sprinkled it with 2 packs of sweet and low. Everyone in my family loved this salmon. This one is a keeper for me. Thanks for sharing SpecterXP.

Pecan Pie Cake I

made as directed, great cake but mine took a lot longer to cook. I cooked the first layer as directed but it tookmore like 40 to 50 minutes to cook the whole cake.

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Great recipe !!!! I added onion and pepper when cooking the ground beef. I followed others advice and added the beans in with the beef and rice and dipped 9ut 1/2 cup of the beef mixture for each tortilla. Thands for the great recipe Stacy!!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

I did not change anything in this recipe and it is perfect. I chill the cookie dough in the frig and then carefully roll into balls put on a tray on wax paper, gently push the balls down with a fork, freeze and then put the frozen cookies in a freezer bag. I put the frozen cookie dough in my toaster oven on 325 and they come out perfect. The first time I made these I cooked the whole batch and ate most of them myself. I will not make that mistake again. I love love love these cookies.

Fresh Pear Cake

Great recipe I had to use ginger because I did not have nutmeg and I used a heaping tsp on cinnamon. Great cake. It gets sweeter when it sits over night. For me the spices were not to strong but I like spice cake. Great way to use up all the pears at our house.

My Mother-in-Law's Cheese Sauce...ssshh Don't Tell Her

Good recipe. After reading others reviews I cut the milk back to one cup and still had to use 3 tbs of starch and 3 tbs of water. I also used a little less cheese. After those few changes this made a great cheese sauce. I will use again.

Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

Great recipe. I made this with homemade pasta. I used the Basic Pasta recipe found here that was submitted by Pat (great pasta recipe). I used 1-26oz can of Chunky Vegetable spaghetti sauce and 2-8oz cans of tomato sauce. I only used half of the provolone cheese called for because that is all l had. I did not cover to cook because it seemed moist enough. It turned out perfect.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Great and easy, followed others suggestions added an onion and baked for 20 min covered, drained added the remaining sauce and baked uncovered for 15 min. My pork chops were not thick and did not take the full hour to cook. Moist and tender pork chops will make again soon!!!!

Toasted Garlic Bread

This was great. I did not top with cheese because I put it on the Tangy buttermilk cheesebread (found on this site). I did not use fresh garlic I always use the minced garlic that you purchase in the jar. My family loved this garlic bread.
