This was AWESOME! I made homemade mashed potatoes. I didn't have brown gravy or beef broth, so I added a can of premade brown gravy to the mix. This was GREAT, thanks so much!

Marian's Creamed Corn

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2007
This was great! Since this has been a holiday meal, I make this in the crock pot on low. I add everything except I omitted the bread crumbs. I do low heat for 4-6 hours.... great always and doesn't take up oven room! GREAT RECIPE!

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2007
I really thought that my family would "veto", though everyone loved this recipe! I only made 6 Enchiladas and covered them with the salsa/soup mix. I did sprinkle onions on top of the ones that my hubby would eat, and placed them in a bed of lettuce and cilantro. YUM YUM Thanks! This is a keeper!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
I think that I am perfecting this recipe! I do not have a bread machine. So for all those that use a kitchen aid here is the scoop! I warmed my bowl and added the milk sugar and yeast. I let flower for 10 mins then did a speed 2 on the mix for 1 min.I added the flour and salt, then the eggs and did speed 2 for an additional 2 mins. I scraped and kneaded on speed 2 for an additional 4 mins. I heated a coffee cup in the microwave for 90 seconds then added the mix to rise. The roll out has never been hard, don't fret use that rolling pin! The bread flour has been the key...don't skimp on that! I used more brown sugar and cin... that is my preference! All was WELL!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
I made this again tonight. IT WAS AWESOME. I added another can of cream of mush soup, and deleted some of the cheese. I used 2 4oz cans of mushrooms (we love em) and all the spinach. I used real bacon (5) and browned the chicken in the fat. I used skim milk because I used the bacon grease. It was WONDERFUL!!! Also, I made this 1 day in advance and let it sit in the frig! The flavor was GREAT!

I will make this recipe again. It was very very easy. Next time I may add another cream of Chicken and Milk Mixture and cut my chicken into smaller chunks. Though for a tasty and easy recipe, also one for potlucks... I am placing this in my file.

Italian Wedding Soup I

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2006
I took others advice and cut the orzo by half. I also added a bit of FINELY chopped onion. I used spinach, because I love it in my soup. The meat balls were amazing, my family swears I went out and purchased this from an Italian resturant. Even my 5 year old had another bowl. This is a keeper and will be great this winter. Thanks so much for sharing.
