Tomato Cucumber Onion Salad

So easy, fresh and delish. Added a little splenda because I have a sweet tooth. Served with a steak dinner. Everyone loved it. Thank you for the recipe. It will be in our regular rotation.

Chicken In Sour Cream

Excellent. Did not add any additional salt. Used plain yogurt in place of sour cream (what I had). Added a little milk to thin it out. Cooked 7 minutes in pressure cooker. Served over brown rice drizzled with the yummy sauce. Thanks for a new recipe to add to our rotation!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This is a fool proof dip. Served with wheat ritz crackers and tortilla chips. Crackers were better. Mixed bread crumbs and parmesan for crust in equal amounts but it was too powdery so next time I will just add a little bit of bread crumbs to the parm. Really does taste like poppers! Might try ranch flavored crackers next time since I love to dip my poppers in ranch dressing. Cant wait to make it for super bowl.

Chicken In Basil Cream

This is hands down one of my favorite recipes on here. Worthy of serving for guests. Added more cream for a bit more sauce. Kept chicken warm in 200 degree oven while cooking the sauce. Great easy side is boxed italian herb angel hair pasta. Served chicken over pasta and drizzled with sauce. YUM! Restaurant quality recipe! will make over and over.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

This was sooo good. All 4 adults really enjoyed this. It was extremely flavorful but not over spicy. I just threw frozen chicken breasts and all the liquid ingredients in the slow cooker on low for the day. (there wasn't room for all of it) I pulled out the chicken and shredded it and set aside which made room for the other ingredients. Next time I will either decrease the serving size so it can fit in the slowcooker or just do it in a pot on the stove. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe. Will definately make again.

Rigatoni in Vodka Sauce

Wonderful! Followed as written. Used bowtie pasta. Heated plates in oven and placed fresh spinich leaves on plate before dishing pasta. Really added nice touch and color.
