Bombay Chicken and Rice

Garlic Potato Wedges

Absolutley loved these, they were a big hit all round. Served them with chicken and salad so served the sauce separate in a bowl which turned out to be a smashing salas dressing. Thanks will definatley be keeping this one

Cakes In A Cone

Found this brilliant, the topping I used was 50g butter 50g golden syrup melt together in a pan add 100g icing sugar and beat into smooth paste. If you dip the cones into the topping it runs down the cone to give the appearance of a melting icecream.

Jam-filled Muffins

These went down really, really well - sprinkled a bit of demerara on the top and waited till they went a golden brown. Children loved them as much as the adults did.

children loved making and eating them, quick and easy as well as yummy. When they came out the oven we put a chocolate button on the top. mmmmmmmm
