Chicken Scarpariello

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2010
This was exceptional, and all 3 of my kids loved it. I took the advice of others, and added more butter and flour after taking the chicken out. It was perfect!

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
This was very quick, easy and tasteful. I possibly would have given it 4 stars, because I would not consider it restaurant quality, but my kids LOVED it, which doesn't happen often. Oh - and I used bow tie pasta instead of noodles, cooked them separate, and added them 3/4 of the way through doneness. They were great in it.

Gingered Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
I have made this recipe twice now, the first time exactly as directed, and the second time (for company) using leftover steak and pork - and both times, my family (and company) RAVED! The only change I would make is to double the sauce, in hopes of having some left over. Otherwise, we all love it!

No Bake Cookies V

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
For a no bake cookie that is so easy to make, that also causes my kids to rave about it - I just must give it 5 stars. I agree that it has more of a fudge-like consistency, but who could complain about yummy fudge like cookies that don't require baking, and very little work! I can't wait to try this recipe out with other family members.

Scalloped Potatoes II

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
These were great. My husband is not a big fan of scalloped potatoes, but loved these. My daughter (who's 8) asked if we could have them again the next night!

Veal Scallopini

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
This was absolutely restaurant quality. It was incredibly easy to make, and all my guests raved about it, and my often-picky children loved it! My husband only got to try it as leftovers, and called me from work to say, "I can't even begin to imagine how good this was the first time around, if it is this good as left overs!" So 5 stars may not even be enough for this one. Thank you so much!

Baked French Toast

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2006
This dish was excellent. My kids, who are usually quite picky, loved it. It was a little soggy for my taste, so I might cut down a bit on the liquids next time. Otherwise, I would definintely do this again.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2006
This pie was excellent! I did drizzle some of the topping over the apples before putting the crust on top, but I'm not sure how much of a difference it would have made if I had just let it drizzle through. Thanks for an excellent apple pie recipe!

Maple-Drizzled Apple Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2006
These were wonderful!! I made the muffins in a large muffin pan, instead of a small one, so I had 6 large muffins. It was just enough to fill the 6 cups 3/4 full. The pecan at the top didn't add very much - I would probably skip it next time. The confectioners sugar should also be sifted first. Overall these were a big hit in my house and I would definitely make them again!
