Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

YUMMY! Made this last night and topped with grilled chicken. We left it chunky but would like to try it blended. I followed the tip about using skim milk instead of heavy cream and it was great. I also used a bit less butter. Super delish and will definitely make again.

Popcorn Cake II

Yum Yum, so good. I like how you can cut slices just like a cake. Wasn't too keen on the gumdrops and I am a major gummy fan. Next time I'll leave those out and maybe substitute m&m's.

Of course these are delicious. I LOVE rice crispy treats and adding peanut butter gives them a special twist. I also melted some white chocolate and drizzled some on top for a sexy look.

Yum Yum Easy Easy. The best I've ever had! If the batter seems to thick, just keep adding beer until it gets to consistency of pancake batter.

Campfire Baked Potatoes

I've done this type of potato many a time and they always came out great. Instead of butter, try using olive oil and then rub them with sea salt. Wrap in foil and place on top of coals after you've had the fire going for a bit. Don't put them IN the fire, they'll come out like rocks. Cooking time varies but just poke 'em with a fork and you'll find out if they're done. Happy Cooking!

Chili Con Queso

One of the few queso recipes that DOESN'T contain processed cheese food...finally! I'm from Albuquerque so this definitely reminds me of home...okay I spoke too soon. After I made this I found I didn't like the consistency. Too Bad, So Sad, guess I'm going back to Velveeta.
