I just forwarded the link for this recipe to my sister, so I thought I'd better review it. This is a great recipe as is; I think my favorite thing is that you can get away with estimating amounts rather than measuring precisely. I've been making this for over a year, and there are now a couple of changes I make, as a rule. First, I use a ratio of 1/2 mayo to 1/2 sour cream. For dip, I use sour cream, but for salad dressing I use regular fat yogurt. It makes it pourable, but not too runny, and I'm glad for a new way to work some live cultures into my diet.
