I am 29 years old and I absolutely LOVE to cook! My latest passion has been baking bread. I started doing it to save money, but love the taste and smell of fresh baked bread so I just kept doing it. I'm always looking for the perfect recipe! yeast breads (especially cinnamon rolls!), home-style dishes, breakfast foods, casseroles, quick and easy recipes, chili, crock pot recipes, Mexican and Italian dishes and snacks! I have created and adapted so many recipes over time. I love to take recipes and "tweak" them to my family's taste and simplify recipes. I use a lot of pantry ingredients and everyday items. I also make some "mean" cinnamon rolls! I made a home-made mac and cheese recipe once and boiled the cheese in the white sauce and it separated into an oily, grainy mess! Nasty! Never boil your cheese sauce!
