Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
Very good! This was my first time making muffins. I used peanut butter chips instead of the nuts, and I think next time I might add a little more banana. Great recipe!

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2007
I followed a few of the suggestions like corn, cilantro, etc.. and I omitted rice, and these are still fantastic. I love these for lunch time and like to always keep them stocked in the freezer.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2007
Super rich, but the absolute best! I made these for my family for thanksgiving and wowed everyone (I used to have a reputation as a bad cook, or really a non-cook)!

Soft Sandwich Buns

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2007
I loved the taste of these, but as I'm just learning how to make bread without the aid of the machine, I messed the rising up a little bit, and they ended up too small. No doubt these will be fantastic when I finally get it right!

This is fantastic! I know I have a winner when my boyfriend can't stop talking about it! We both thought it was better than our parents', which we had previously though impossible. Great recipe, thanks for sharing!!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2006
I give this 5 stars but it really does depend on the BBQ sauce you use. Kraft seems to be the worst. I used "Big Bubba's Bad BBQ Sauce" (from a local place) and used about 4 lbs of pork shoulder (and 2 cans of broth because I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be covered) and I got 17 servings for well under $10. It was so delicious that my cat went to great lengths to lick the plate clean, and now won't leave us alone anytime he smells it. And best of all, the man of the house approves tremendously.
