D's Famous Salsa

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2008
This recipe deserves 10 stars...absolutly delicious! I am eating it as we speak and it is better the next day. The only modification I made is I used 1 can stewed and 1 can diced tomatoes. I also added two jalapenos without seeds and omitted the canned green chilies. I will be making this all the time and thank you so much for sharing.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
Excellent recipe...Made this and it was gone in a flash. I would only use 1/2 cup of sour cream because it can be quite overpowering and i also used French Fried Onions instead of Breadcrumbs. Im giving it 4 stars only because the recipe calls for too much sour cream..Other then that iit is perfect and much better then the traditional Cream of Mushroom Casserole..

The World's Best Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
All I have to say is WOW!!!! So perfect and truly THE WORLD'S BEST TURKEY!!!! FOR THE USERS THAT KEEP ASKING : Yes make sure you cut slits in the roasting bag and make sure you flour the bag too or the skin will stick. My turkey was completly wiped off the table and there were only six of us! All gone...I also used the drippings and sauce for gravy and I used the gravy recipe from "Easy Turkey Gravy" and they both combined excellent! This was the first time i made turkey and now I have enough confidence to make Thanksgiving Dinner. TIP: FIRST MAKE THE TURKEY BREAST SIDE DOWN AND IT WILL BE REALLY JUICY. I flipped it back up to the other side the last hour and removed the bag so it could brown. I basted it with melted butter every 20 minutes until it was ready. If you are making your first turkey this is the recipe for you. Thank you for posting this recipe!!!!!!!

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2007
If you like sweet chicken wings then this is the recipe for you. I liked it even though i reduced the sugar by half it was still to sweet. I would also make them as an appetizer or for a party but i would not recommend having them for a main course unless you reduce the sweetness substantially. Give it 4 stars and i did not change anything except i added a teaspoon of canyenne powder to even the sweetness out.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
Excellent dish with a few changes. I deleted the green chiles and added hot salsa instead. I also added taco seasoning to the chicken. I used 2 cans of chicken soup and 2 cans of nacho cheese soup for flavor. I used 1 cup of sour cream instead of 1/2 cup. I added cheese to the enchilada. I poured 1 can of enchilada sauce over the enchiladas before I added the cheese when it was ready to go into the oven. Everyone loved it!!!! Perfect amount of spice!
