Shredded Turkey Barbecue
Excellent and easy recipe. We used vegetarian baked beans because we don't eat pork. The turkey fell off the bone. Next time I will make a bigger batch. It was a hit around here and easy to make. The house smelled heavenly all day.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders
Great recipe! I will make this repeatedly. I used vegetables that come with my CSA organic produce delivery. Some weeks I get eggplant, onions and other summer squashes which which I mix in with zucchini. I also add kalamata olives and use feta cheese and sprinkle dried oregano on top before serving. A hit with my husband and the leftovers make great sandwiches for several days!

Meg's Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Excellent cookie recipe. I don't like overly sweet desserts but this was perfect. I added more oats to the recipe and used chocolate chunks. It made more than 15 cookies. I didn't bake them all but froze the rest. I just bake a few at a time so we can enjoy freshly baked cookies repeatedly with one batch.
