Amazing Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2013
Added some onions to the butter. Doubled the sauce, added parsley, thyme and garlic powder to 1/2 and 1/2 (all that I had with some flour to thicken). Husband declared this is a keeper!

Excellent. I didn't change a thing, except to puree it. My husband couldn't get enough.

Moo Goo Gai Pan

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
This recipe was great. I wouldn't change a thing. My husband is not a big fan of asian food, and even he loved this dish. The leftovers we're even better the next day. I bought wonton soup from the chinese restaurant as an appetizer, served white rice on the side and made homemade fortune cookies for dessert. Lots of fun without alot time.

Twice-Baked Potatoes Supreme

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2009
So good. I get so bored with regular baked potatoes. This recipe is better if you bake them in the oven first, however in a pinch I tried it with microwaved potatoes and they we're still great.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
This sauce was excellent. My husband can't stop talking about it. I ended up using jarred roasted red peppers. I didn't have any Cream so I used milk instead and just added a little extra cheese to thicken it up. Definently a keeper.

Chicken Stock

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2007
This stock is so full of flavor. I omitted the ginger and added a little dried parsley and it came out fabulous! Maybe someday I'll be brave enough to try it with the ginger. Thanks so much for the great recipe!

This recipe is awesome. I am swedish and lost most of my family young without their recipe, as it was buried with them. It is the closest I have ever come to duplicating theirs. Thanks.
