Goat Cheese Salmon

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2007
I love both salmon and goat cheese, but I just don't think I like them together. The fish looked great and made a nice presentation, but I just did not care for the combo. Looks like I am in the minority though.

Per the advice of one of the reviewers, I added about 1/2 an onion and a few dashes of worstecheir sauce. Yummy! Great when you are looking for something quick and easy.

Cranberry Pie II

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
Not quite what I was expecting, but very tasty all the same. I went a bit heavy on the cinnamon and nutmeg. Next time, I will definitely increase the cranberries a bit.

Banana Bread Cookies

These were OK. I couldn't get the consisancy of the icing right. If I try them again, I'll just try making a water/confectioner sugar drizzle.

Baked Chicken with Apple Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
Tasty. Chicke came out moist and tender, but I agree that it could use a little spice. I used 1/2 water and 1/2 apple juice and did not find this to be too sweet. I might try upping the apple juice next time.

Acorn Squash with Apple

Tasty and easy. I might try popping it in the oven for a few minutes next time I make this to make it carmelize. Nice change.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2007
Nice for a change. I would recommend cooking the bacon a bit before adding the cheese. I felt that it never got as crispy as I would have liked. Maybe bacon bits would work better.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
Glad that I read through the reviews before I prepared this one. Per the advice of some of the other members, I added 2 cloves of garlic, half an onion, and a few dashes of worstecheir sauce to the mix. I also added some brown sugar to the glaze. Delicious! My husband went back for not two, but THREE servings! Word of advice, make sure you cut the cheese in big chunks per the recipe. By doing this, you get lovely little pools of cheese in the middle of your slice! Will definitely make again!

Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2007
Very yummy. I followed the recipe exactly except for the addition of a little salt and pepper. Next time, I will definitely add more cheese and check out some of the tips from the other reviewers. I broiled instead of BBQ'd and had no trouble with the burgers falling apart, Perhaps the other reviewers didn't squeeze the water out of the spinach enough.

YUMMY!!!!!! These were delicious! I opted not to include the glaze because I was lazy and didn't feel like the cookies should need anything additional. I thought they were great as is. Thanks for a yummy change!

Very tasty and VERY easy. I think I will use less mustard and less cheese next time I make it, but I'd advise making it per the recipe first before making alterations to taste. Thanks for a great easy change.

Maryland Crab Cakes II

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2007
I enjoyed these and they were easy to make. I do think that they needed something to spice them up though. I broiled them on a lighly greased cookie sheet and they turned out fine. I did not need to flip them over as other reviewers had suggested.
