Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2015
Exactly the recipe I was looking for, wonderfully moist and rich. Based on other reviews and personal taste, I did rough mash the bananas and add a dash of cinnamon and cloves. Amazing....my new go to banana bread recipe.

October Oatmeal Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2013
Even tho I used all white flour (had no wheat) and added a streusel topping, absolutely everything about this recipe was fabulous! Muffins were moist, hearty and best of all not too sweet. They baked up quickly (9 muffins in 20 minutes), came out of the tins easily...and believe me they came out quickly and were devoured. Definitely a keeper recipe that I'll make again and again..thank you!

Awesome Roast Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
I'll never make a roast in the crock pot ANY other way. When dinner is ready, instead of a crock of greasy water you have a savory "au jus" to serve with the pot roast. Like others, I'll add seasonings t taste and also onion at the start of cooking...and then 2 hours before the beef is done, potatoes and carrots. It truly is awesome.

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
Outstanding....used applesauce and dried rosemary since thats what I had and it was fabulous. Started roasting potatoes, carrots & onions with a little olive oil and Mrs Dash at 400 before adding pork and everything was done at the same time. I added some of the extra marinade to the veggies and it turned out to be a delicious dinner. Will certainly make this again....very flavorful - moist and tasty.

Chicken Scarpariello

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
Fabulous...a definite keeper. I've been looking for a chicken recipe that tastes and presents like this one for a while..the search is over. I've made this 4 or 5 times now, for 2 and for 10 and each time its a big hit. I do add a splash of lemon juice as some recommend and it's great.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
Undoubtedly the best sauce and meatballs I've ever made...and my husband agreed! I did add about 1/8 tsp instant coffee granules and a bit more sugar. This is absolutely my GoTo recipe for sauce from now on...thanks!

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: May 20, 2007
For mac & cheese lovers, this is a fabulous dish. It makes a LOT, so the first time I made it, leftovers were handed out to the family....and the rave reviews began. "Best mac & cheese EVER"..."my roommate and I ate it 3 nights in a row"..."when are you making it again?" It's easy and very good. I even put it in a crock pot on the Keep Warm setting to travel. It's a keeper!
