I was very impressed with this fudge! I used salted butter and about 1 cup of semisweet and 2 cups of milk chocolate chips, and it was great. Helpful hint: This is great served cold, but not very good at room temperature. Some of the negative reviews on this site say that it tasted like frosting, and I agree that this is the case when at room temperature. However, when it was fresh out of the fridge (or even after 45 minutes of being left on the counter), it was wonderful! I should also note that it wasn't as "fudge-like" as expected as some reviewers noted, but it was wonderful nonetheless.

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli
This smelled wonderful as it was cooking, but was just way too spicy for me. I'm not really familiar with all of the ingredients, so I wonder if there is a less spicy version of the chili paste. Mine said "ground fresh chili paste", so I thought I had the right thing, but when I read other reviews stating that this wasn't spicy, I just don't get it. I may make it again without the chili paste, or maybe with just a tiny bit, but definitely not the full amount.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
This is a wonderful recipe! I was looking for a good icing that didn't use eggs, and this is perfect. I've made it several times, and it always turns out great. It made a boxed cake mix taste wonderful (and I'm definitely a snob when it comes to cake mixes that aren't from scratch).
