Makes a TON! Made up the dough the night before & rolled out and cut Christmas Morning. Half or Quarter the recipe next time!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
Used Splenda , Molasses, & Honey instead of sugar. Also, used White Whole Wheat Flour & my grandmother's fig preserves. Very yummy cross between an oatmeal cereal bar & a fig Newton.

Real Chicken Stock
I have been making stock like this for years! I always have everyone I know save their turkey carcass after Thanksgiving for me. I roast the bones and veggies to a deep brown color as it enriches the flavor of the stock. I never use cheesecloth, just strain out all the bones/veggies.
