Strawberry Banana Crepes

Awesome. I make these when we have houseguests and everyone thinks I've done something amazing. And they're so easy. I do everything the night before. I chop the fruit and put it in a bowl in the fridge, make the crepes and put them in the fridge, and I mix the filling and put that in the fridge. In the morning, I serve a great breakfast that everyone thinks is amazing and I even have the time to sit down and enjoy it with them.

Banana Cream Pie III

Very very good. In fact, it's so good that I have some family members who were angry with me for showing them up by making a better banana cream pie. I took the advice from the reviews and used one package of banana pudding and one of vanilla. Perfect! Will make again and again.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Very very good. But also very rich. So if you can't handle it, just have a small piece. Personally, I love chocolate and I love peanut butter, so it wasn't too rich for me. Same goes for my husband, who I believe ate a half a pie in one sitting. Very good. Will make again.

Baked Alaska

Awesome!! I made this for my family and they all loved it and have requested it again and again. The third time I made it, I tried to get creative and use cupcakes and make a bunch of mini baked alaskas. It didn't work. Don't try it. All the ice cream melted. Follow the recipe for best results. My family and I loved it and I will be making this again and again and again.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

I made these for Thanksgiving and everyone liked them. I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and added some extra spice, and I used mini chocolate chips. I did not frost these muffins, as I felt they were sweet enough already with the chocolate chips. I will make these again.

Chicken Wing Dip

Awesome! I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and made it with Blue Cheese instead of Ranch, but either would have been fine with me. This recipe was phenomonal. I made it for a party and it was a huge hit. I will be making this again and again.

Strawberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake tasted very very good. Everyone said so. The only thing I wasn't really pleased with was how it loooked. The strawberry on the top sunk into the cake and it looked like it cracked all over even though it didn't. Maybe I just didn't boil it long enough to get it thick enough. But it was still good and I will definitely be making this again.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

These were good. But I didn't feel like they really qualify as a brownie. They were more like cookie bars as they had a texture more like a cookie than a brownie. Still good though.

Key Lime Pie - Low Carb Version

I made this recipe at the same time that I was making real Key Lime Pie for everyone else. I don't like real Key Lime Pie, but this is noting like it. It's nice and sweet with a soft cheesecake-like texture. It was very yummy. I loved the crust. I am going to use that crust more often for other pies that I make. I will also try this pie with different flavors of Jell-o. Don't eat too much of it though. It may be low-carb and that's great, but it's very fatty. Pecans are fatty, so is cream cheese, and heavy cream of course. I just ate a piece and now I'm headed to the Gym.

Key Lime Pie IX

I had never had Key Lime Pie before. Then I went to Key West and everyone said to get some real Key Lime juice. So I did. Everyone bugged me to make the pies when I got home and I did. I tasted it and decided that I do not like Key Lime Pie that much. It's just not for me. However, I gave this recipe 5 stars because everyone else loved it. They raved about it. They said it was the best Key Lime Pie they ever had. So it must be pretty darn good to Key Lime Pie lovers.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge

I give it three stars because it was pretty good, but it's not very creamy for fudge. It was kind of hard. Plus, I felt that the chips in it were just a waste of time. You couldn't even taste them.

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken

This didn't come out very well in the slow cooker so I switched it to a glass baking pan and put it in the oven. It came out good that way. Nothing special, though.
