Fluffy French Toast
I made this recipe this morning for breakfast and it was most excellent. Since I only had 1% milk, I used 1/2 cup of 1% milk and and 1/2 cup heavy cream. I also added nutmeg and used Texas Toast. The next time I make it I will ad some brown sugar as suggested by some of the previous reviewers. I plan to freeze the few pieces I have left over and toast them another day. This one is a keeper!
